Refund Policy

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? We’re here to help!

If you are not fully satisfied with your item(s) you have received you may return the unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of your order delivery date. Bedizen Boutique does not offer any refunds but you will be entitled to a store credit this can be used towards a future purchase.

We are not able to accept any items that are not in original condition. If items appear to be worn, washed or have a strong scent this will not be consider original . Please also remember tags should not be removed if you’re returning an item.No clearance items, or bodysuits will be accepted for returns. 

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return shipping label.

 

Returns Process

Per our store policy you have 7 days to return your item(s) upon delivery date. If you have exceed 7 days you, unfortunately, will not be eligible to return or exchange the item(s).

If you meet the return window criteria please follow the following instructions below:

Please email us at info@bedizenboutique.com  to submit your return request to start the review process. After your return is approved you will receive a follow up email advising the next steps to the process also we will reiterate that we do not offer refunds and that we do not accept returns of items that are in their original state.

When you have got to the point of sending us the item via mail please make sure to send it to the return address on the packing slip or package label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please make sure you included your name and order number to ensure we have received the correct return.

Once we have received your returned items we will inspect it for defects and/ or signs of wear. If we do detect that the item has been worn or damage we reserve the rights to deny your return.

If we do find that the items are in good conditions you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

 

Exchange Process

Per our store policy you will have 7 days to return your item(s) upon delivery date. If you have exceeded 7 days you unfortunately will not be eligible to return or exchange the item(s).

If you do meet the return window criteria please follow the following instructions below:

To start your exchange you may return the item to the return address on the package label. Please let Gus know which item and size you are requesting via email at info@bedizenboutique.com. You will receive a new shipping confirmation Emil once the new item(s) ship, if the items are available. If the item that was requested not viable we will offer you a store credit in the amount you paid. We ask that you send and include a tracking number with your package via email so that we may process your exchange in a timely manner. 

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we achieve your exchange for it to be processed.

 

 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

 

In the event that your order is returned to us as due to it being undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

If an item is a discounted item(s) or item(s) purchased on promotion are not eligible for return. They are final sale.
