Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bedizen Boutique! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Please note that we don’t offer refunds—store credit will be issued instead. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for clearance items or bodysuits.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Unfortunately, we don’t provide return shipping labels.

How to Return:

1. Email us at info@bedizenboutique.com to initiate your return. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

2. Send your return to the address on your packing slip or package label. Be sure to include your name and order number with the return to help us process it quickly.

3. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them. If they meet our return criteria, we’ll issue store credit via email. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item(s), please return them within 7 days of delivery. Let us know which item and size you’d like in your return request email to info@bedizenboutique.com. If the new item is available, we’ll ship it to you and send a confirmation email. If not, we’ll issue store credit instead. Remember to include a tracking number with your return package to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undelivered, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. The refund will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Final Sale Items:

Discounted items or items purchased on promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.
